Job Description
Topre America is seeking a driven and results-oriented Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within our automotive assembly facility. In this role, you will oversee production personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met while driving continuous improvement across all areas of performance.
Key Responsibilities
Foster and maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment
Lead daily production activities to meet or exceed efficiency, quality, and delivery targets
Analyze performance metrics (efficiency, scrap, PPM, on-time delivery) and implement effective countermeasures
Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce costs and improve operational performance
Ensure accurate inventory control through proper reporting and production system transactions
Conduct timely and meaningful performance evaluations for team members
Provide coaching, training, and development to build a high-performing team
Review production schedules and determine manpower needs to meet customer demand
Train and support Team Leaders and Production Associates in Safety, Quality, and Productivity standards
Investigate safety and quality incidents, implement corrective actions, and drive closure
Actively engage with the production team to drive accountability and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive or resistance welding preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and technical presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Preferred Qualifications:
· 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
· Strong analysis, problem solving, process and troubleshooting skills
· Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
· Highly organized and possess good decision-making skills
