Lil Vic is looking for an opening for an Assistant General Manager. This position will work hand in hand with the Chef/GM/Owner, to develop service standards, put systems in place for staff, craft a beverage program based on the French country bistro concept, and hire and develop staff.

• A working knowledge of POS systems
• Proficient with both excel and word

• Working with the reservation system 

This role is for someone who wants to be part of what is happening. It's not about sitting in the office and attending service meetings. Someone who wants to create and collaborate, meet the people, and work to build a culture of excitement for the hospitality we want to offer. This person needs experience in fine dining and wants to bring some of those elevated hospitality elements to a more relaxed, fun environment.
