As we continue to grow, we are excited to be part of the development of the new Smart Automotive Auto Plaza on 53rd Street in Davenport , which will include Smart Luxury and provide a modern, state-of-the-art service facility designed for technician success.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns efficiently and accurately
• Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engines, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and productivity standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience required
• Mercedes, Volkswagen, or Audi vehicle experience preferred
• Level A or Level B technician status strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
