About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join their executive leadership team. The CPO will be a strategic partner, advising on the alignment of people strategy with the firm's overall strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, employer branding, and will be responsible for ensuring that the firm's values are reflected in all aspects of the employee experience. A data-driven mindset and fluency in HR metrics and analytics are essential, as is a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree and strategic-level HR certification being strongly preferred.
