Responsibilities Work alongside a Foreman/Superintendent to execute daily tasks. Perform general concrete repair tasks including demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, concrete pours, and finishing. Operate power tools such as rotary hammers, chipping hammers, and hammer drills. Handle post‑tension repair, rebar/post‑tension installation and stressing. Travel independently between projects. Qualifications Focused on safety in all situations and environments. Comfortable with the use of standard PPE at construction sites. Team‑ and solution‑oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude. Experienced construction field technician or laborer. Knowledge of concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting, and placement/tying of rebar is advantageous. Knowledge of installation and/or stressing of post‑tensioning systems is advantageous. Familiarity with new construction and existing buildings. Comfortable working at heights. Ability to read and speak English. Ability to lift material up to 50 lbs. Good hand‑eye coordination and able to stand for extended periods of time. Motivated to work more than 40 hours per week. Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth. Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred. Union ironworkers/rodbusters with the ability to work union or open‑shop projects is preferred.
