Typical Work Day:

· Be willing to be a jack of all trades with HVAC construction projects & service when needed

· Each day will bring different types of work. Ductwork installations, piping (copper & PVC), package unit installations, split system installations, & more within the commercial & residential markets

· Willingness to learn each day, read O&M manuals and take seriously your job as if your are becoming a skilled craftsman able to conquer whatever might come your way each day.

· Daily clean up required of work space each day, keeping clean company vehicles and tools organized.

· Work closely within company owner each day to improve company with feedback for installations, service and other aspects of the company.

Individuals may perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload.
