Job Description
The position involves significant preparation and cleanup work to prepare sites for insulation or waterproofing. Responsibilities include scraping excess insulation from joists and trusses, with opportunities for growth into roles such as installing thermal insulation and spray foam insulation. Training will be provided, and the role requires the use of basic hand tools (such as hammers, drills, and bolts) and hoses connected to 55-gallon drums of spray foam insulation. Wearing a respirator is required, although the materials are non-toxic and pose no threat, they should not be inhaled.
Responsibilities
Prepare and clean job sites for insulation or waterproofing.
Scrape excess insulation from joists and trusses.
Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
Wear a respirator while working with spray foam insulation.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors on site.
Essential Skills
1+ years of experience in construction (carpentry, concrete, insulator, or remediation work).
Valid driver's license.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work at different heights.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
