SimVentions, Inc. – a technology solutions company recognized for its collaborative, family-like culture and mission-focused work for U.S. Department of Defense and federal agencies – is seeking an Integrated Program & Schedule Analyst to support our Research, Analytics & Strategic Planning department. In this role, you will help shape the success of complex defense and aerospace programs by developing and maintaining integrated schedules and providing insightful analytics that directly inform strategic and programmatic decisions. Working alongside experts in systems engineering, software development, modeling and simulation, cybersecurity, and program management, you will build, manage, and analyze integrated master schedules that align technical activities, milestones, and dependencies with customer and mission objectives. You will work closely with technical leads and program managers to capture work scope, sequence tasks, and identify interdependencies across multiple projects, ensuring accurate, realistic, and traceable schedules that support effective planning and execution. You will perform schedule health checks, critical path and float analysis, and what-if scenarios, and you will translate complex schedule data into clear, concise metrics, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and defense customers. You will help integrate schedule information with cost, risk, and performance data to support broader analytics and strategic planning, contributing to data-driven decisions that enhance mission outcomes. Day to day, you will support baseline establishment and change control, maintain configuration of schedule artifacts, and ensure alignment with DoD acquisition practices and customer requirements, as applicable. You will participate in risk and issue discussions, highlight schedule impacts and opportunities, and recommend mitigation strategies that keep programs on track. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating both on-site with teammates and remotely, while benefiting from SimVentions’ values-driven, servant-leadership culture. You can expect strong mentorship, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to contribute your analytical skills to meaningful national defense missions. Candidates should bring experience with integrated scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, a solid understanding of program planning or project controls, and the ability to communicate complex schedule and analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
