Compensation: 40% commission plus tips This position is located in Downers Grove, IL Responsibilities: • Provide added value to client’s with suggestions for stretching, strengthening, stress relief, and overall wellness maintenance • Maintain treatment records, monitor client progress, and follow up on their treatment plans • Meet with each client to discuss any problems with stress or pain, and advise on types of massage and treatment • Use therapeutic massage techniques to deliver a safe and exceptional customer experience that meets their needs and desired results • Support a positive working environment for both clients and staff through relationship building and team development Qualifications: • Must have licensure that complies with state and local laws • Must have experience in different types of massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, and reflexology • Must possess high-level interpersonal and communications skills • Over one year of work experience as a massage therapist
