Job Summary:

  • This position will primarily focus on real estate and eminent domain litigation for energy clients, but no prior experience in these areas is required.

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in litigation

  • Must be admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

  • Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team

  • Experience drafting complaints, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other litigation-related documents

  • Strong work ethic and desire to grow as a valued member of a litigation team

  • Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems

  • Emotional intelligence and humility
