Hiring for International Kindergarten | Shenzhen

Job Profile
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekends off) | Work-life balance prioritized
Weekly Working Hours: 40 hours (no overtime required,occasionally overtime is paid )
Daily Hours: 08:00 – 12:30, 14:00 – 17:00 (reasonable schedule with midday break)
Class Structure: 2–3 engaging Montessori-style lessons daily (20–30 mins/lesson)
Class Size: Max 18 students (3–6 years old) | Resonable Amount for personalized attention, large enough for dynamic group learning
Teaching Approach: Child-centered, play-based learning aligned with Montessori principles
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver interactive English lessons using the provided Montessori curriculum, integrating games, stories, art, and hands-on activities to foster a love for learning.
Cultivate a warm, inclusive classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Collaborate closely with bilingual co-teachers to create cohesive lesson plans and ensure cultural exchange.
Communicate regularly with parents via newsletters, parent-teacher conferences, and digital platforms to share student progress.
Participate in school-wide events (e.g., cultural festivals, graduation ceremonies) and professional development sessions.

Job Requirements
Native English speaker with clear, articulate pronunciation (no strong regional dialects).
Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, English, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
Valid teaching qualification: Montessori certification (3–6 years old preferred), TEFL (120+ hours), TESOL, or CELTA; OR 2+ years of full-time English teaching experience (with official work certificate).
Passion for early childhood education – patient, energetic, and able to connect with young learners.
Strong classroom management skills and ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
1+ year of Montessori teaching experience (3–6 age group) is highly desirable.
Open-minded, culturally sensitive, and eager to embrace life in China.
