Visual Studio for doing development and also for bug tracking, code check-in, check-out etc.

Very good in writing program using C#, LINQ
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with ambiguous or incomplete information.
Proven ability to produce high-quality code with comprehensive unit tests and careful adherence to technical standards and user requirements.
Proven ability to proactively identify issues, communicate status and coordinate resolutions within a fast-paced team environment using agile development techniques.
Work as a Developer for Data & Decision Sciences Team
Build web interface, web services, COM wrappers, do TSQL programming as and when needed by the project
Create technical design documents
Code to set coding guidelines
Work within as team of developers or independently depending on the project need
Unit and system testing own code
