Job Description and Duties

Under the direct supervision of the Business Services Officer I (BSO I), the Office Assistant (OA), performs a range of clerical duties to support the Mail and Reprographic Services Unit (MRSU).

This position requires a current Office Assistant (General) exam. If you need to take the exam or if your score has expired, click to gain list eligibility.

This position is headquartered at the Sacramento Headquarters. This position is not eligible for telework.

Working Conditions

Schedule: Core business hours are between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
