Parts Counter Position

Transteck, Inc. one of the largest Freightliner dealer groups with 14 locations and 4 body shops, in the North East United states. We have over 200 trained technicians, over $7,000,000 in parts inventory and utilize state of the art facilities. Our large size means that we have the resources to provide the best in class facilities, training and equipment while working with the industry leader in large heavy duty trucks. But despite our size, our 13 locations located from Pittsburgh to New Jersey through Maryland to Northern VA are all small enough to get the personal touch needed to keep you trained and motivated.

Transteck has an immediate opening for an experienced Parts Counter person for our Freightliner of Philadelphia heavy truck dealership.

Description for Parts Counter:

• In person/phone/email/online sales
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• One-Two years sales experience preferred
