As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Berea, OH. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities and educating customers on options for managing financial transactions. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Certifications No Required Certification(s). Licenses Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
