Leading the purchasing department, the full-time Purchasing Manager will develop and execute purchasing strategies, manage inventory levels, and build strategic supplier relationships in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Oversee the purchasing process and lead department personnel Analyze purchasing processes to identify and implement efficiencies Develop procurement strategies in coordination with Supply Chain management to negotiate favorable terms Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or pursuit of) in a business-related field, preferably in Supply Chain or Purchasing 5+ years of experience in a buying/purchasing role, including management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUPs) Understanding of inventory management practices, including ABC classification Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with vendors
