• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Engage with leads regularly to sustain interest and assist in navigating the hiring process
• Ensure our applicant tracking system remains meticulously updated
• Earn commission based on the meetings you arrange, the interviews that follow, and the hires arising from your outreach
