Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN State of Pennsylvania is required.
At least one (1) year of RN work experience is required.

\n \nResponsible for the development and implementation of home care services for participants, including the coordination of personal care services, durable medical equipment needs and nursing home care.
