Senior HR Generalist
Bowie, MD | Exempt | Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Full-Time | Hybrid Remote
About the Role
This is not a traditional HR Generalist position. At Installnet, the Senior HR Generalist is the HR department. You are an HR team of one, responsible for the full employee lifecycle at a growing, project-driven organization. You will report directly to the COO and work closely with the Director of Operations. This is a hybrid remote role with periodic in-office presence expected.
