Responsibilities Interpret calls between claims staff and Spanish-speaking clients. Translate emails, claim documents, and other communications. Assist adjusters in communicating with insureds, claimants, vendors, and repair facilities. Ensure accurate, professional, and confidential translations. Respond promptly to translation requests and support the claims team as needed. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Strong communication and organizational skills.
