About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Experience Officer to lead the strategic vision and long-term planning of the human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, organization, implementation, and execution of HR activities, serving as an internal consultant and collaborative business partner. This role requires a high level of proficiency in HR areas, including legal compliance, training, health and safety, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting. The CPEO will also be tasked with fostering a healthy organizational culture that supports growth and equal opportunity, and must have a strong business acumen, natural persuasive abilities, and a passion for service. Applicants for the Chief People Experience Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in human resources, with a focus on extensive generalist experience. A background in policy formulation, development, and implementation of key HR strategies is essential, as is a minimum of 10 years' in a senior HR role. The ideal candidate will have prior senior management level experience and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with an MBA or MA/MS preferred. Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP are also desirable. The role demands a leader with strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills, who is well-organized, self-directed, and capable of relating to people at all levels of the organization.
