Your responsibilities include utilizing our cutting-edge platform alongside your network to source healthcare candidates, engaging potential candidates by presenting MLR's opportunities and exploring their interests, coordinating appointments between candidates and our recruitment specialists for more thorough evaluations, following up with leads to keep them engaged and assist throughout the hiring process, keeping meticulous and updated records in our applicant tracking system, and generating commissions from meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires resulted from your initiative.
What you'll need to excel includes exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, a proactive and self-driven attitude, a passion for outreach, building connections, and assisting others in their career progress, and no prior experience in recruiting requiredif you possess organizational and resourceful abilities, we'll support your learning journey.
This role operates on a performance basis, offering commission-only compensation. This sets no limits on your earning potential or success. Compensation is derived from the actual value you create: commission for each qualified meeting you coordinate, additional earnings upon conducting interviews resulting from your outreach, multiples of commission for new business generated, bonus commissions for placements that trace back to your leads, and further earning opportunities linked to performance.
